Purchases

• Whilst best efforts will be made, Wolcensmen is not a full-time business and reserves the right to cancel orders or products in case of mistake.
• Orders will be shipped within 2 working days.
• Refunds accepted only for faulty goods. Email Wolcensmen in such an instance.
• All products are shipped with the cheapest possible shipping price that gives sufficient tracking and insurance. If an order hasn’t arrived within 14 days (UK), 30 days (Europe), 60 days (International) please contact Wolcensmen. Claims cannot be raised with the UK postal service sooner than these times.
• Products are represented as accurately as possible on the website, but very small discrepancies in design, colour and size may occur.
